Administrative assistant wanted!

We are looking for an administrative assistant to collaborate and support the human resources and accounting manager.

What you will do:

  • Prepare new employee files;

  • Collaborate in the staffing process;

  • Collaborate in maintaining human resources policies;

  • Collaborate in the management of CNESST files;

  • Prepare for membership in group insurance and group RRSPs;

  • Create and complete Excel files related to human resources management;

  • Create and complete Excel files for the purchase of raw materials;

  • Process purchase orders;

  • Respond to requests from suppliers and customers;

  • Carry out several other related and varied tasks.

What we are looking for:

  • A motivated, hard-working and dynamic person;

  • Holding a DEP in administration or having relevant work experience related to the position;

  • Possessing a good command of the French language, both spoken and written;

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software, mainly Excel.
