
Administrative assistant wanted!
We are looking for an administrative assistant to collaborate and support the human resources and accounting manager.
What you will do:
Prepare new employee files;
Collaborate in the staffing process;
Collaborate in maintaining human resources policies;
Collaborate in the management of CNESST files;
Prepare for membership in group insurance and group RRSPs;
Create and complete Excel files related to human resources management;
Create and complete Excel files for the purchase of raw materials;
Process purchase orders;
Respond to requests from suppliers and customers;
Carry out several other related and varied tasks.
What we are looking for:
A motivated, hard-working and dynamic person;
Holding a DEP in administration or having relevant work experience related to the position;
Possessing a good command of the French language, both spoken and written;
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software, mainly Excel.
