We are looking for a sanitation foreman assistant. This is a full-time position in which you will:

• Ensure that the cleaning steps are followed;

• Carry out cleaning and sanitation of various areas: laundry room, stable, freezer and refrigerator, all production rooms (work tools, work surface, equipment, walls, ceilings and suspended structures, floors and drains, doors and windows, etc.), offices, cafeterias, bathrooms and washing of work clothes;

• Ensure the application of good manufacturing practices (GMP) at all times;

• Support the foreman in managing the team as needed and during absences.

What we are looking for:

• A person with good physical ability to handle heavy loads and stand for long periods;

• Must be able to work in a cold (refrigerated) environment;

• Must be motivated and hardworking;

• Must have 1 to 3 years of experience in food sanitation.
